ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดยคุณสมบัติ อรรถสกุลชัย ด้วยทุนจดทะเบียน 300 ล้านบาท ในปี 2549

เริ่มต้นดำเนินธุรกิจผลิตและจำหน่ายกาแฟสำเร็จรูปพร้อมดื่ม ภายใต้แบรนด์ D7 (ดีเซเว่น) ซึ่งทางผู้บริหารมีความตั้งใจที่จะพัฒนาสูตร พร้อมทั้งยกระดับรสชาติให้ถูกใจผู้บริโภค โดยคำนึงถึงการให้ประโยชน์แก่สุขภาพเป็นสำคัญ  ต่อมาได้เพิ่มสินค้าอื่นๆ เพื่อจับกลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่ๆ แต่ยังคำนึงถึงสุขภาพเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เช่น D7 Kurve D7 Lacto D7 Zlim and Beautie และD7 Kombucha

 ทั้งนี้ทางบริษัทก่อตั้งขึ้นมาจากการเล็งเห็นตลาดเครื่องดื่มปัจจุบันที่มีความหลากหลาย อีกทั้งยังให้ความสำคัญกับสุขภาพเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ ทั้งกลุ่มวัยรุ่น วัยทำงาน กลุ่มคนใช้แรงงาน หรือแม้กระทั่งกลุ่มผู้สูงวัย ทางองค์กรได้ทำการสำรวจความคิดเห็น และเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มลูกค้าทุกกลุ่มถึงความต้องการในการเลือกซื้อ รสชาติที่คาดหวัง และปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตัดสินใจซื้อสินค้านั้นๆ จนได้มาเป็นผลสรุปถึงความต้องการที่แท้จริง และนำมาใช้เป็นหลักสำคัญในการคิดค้นสูตรสินค้าของแบรนด์D7

      In the year 2006, Mr. Sombat Atthasakulchai founded Thai Atlas Global Food Co., Ltd. as a limited liability company with a registered capital of 300 million baht. The company's primary objective was to manufacture and distribute beverages under the brand name 'D7' (D-Seven).

      The company was founded based on an analysis of the diverse beverage market and a recognition of the importance of health, particularly among teenagers, working professionals, laborers, and the elderly. As part of this process, the company gathered information about the various factors that influence consumers' purchasing decisions across all demographics. This research led the company to identify the actual needs of its target market, which served as a key factor in formulating the D7 brand's products.
